Maximum Occupancy

Maximum 6 people at any time including adults and children (all ages)

 

Minimum Stay Requirements

Typically we require a 5 night minimum

10 nights for the Holiday Season (mid-December to early January)

7 night minimum for bookings including the Kona Honu Ironman date

 

Taxes and Fees

Cleaning Fee ($260 plus HI GE tax) and an admin fee ($100) applies to all bookings

Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25) and Hawaii GE tax (4.166%) collected on the nightly rate  

Damage Protection:   Refundable $750 Security Deposit, protected by a $1500 accidental damage policy ($49 if booked direct with us or via HomeEscape, $59 if booked via HomeAway/VRBO)

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival

Payment Schedule:   50% deposit with booking, balance due 75 days prior to arrival

Booking Acceptance/Confirmation:  bookings are confirmed once guest has paid the deposit and signed and returned the Rental Agreement (electronically or manually).
